1. 12-Hour Fast
- What to do: Fast for at least 12 hours before your test, only drinking water.
- Why: Fasting helps avoid temporary changes in your biomarker levels caused by recent food intake, ensuring accurate test results.
2. Stay Hydrated

- Why: Staying hydrated helps with vein access, making the blood draw easier and more comfortable.
3. Avoid Alcohol
- What to do: Refrain from consuming alcohol for 24 hours before your test.
- Why: Alcohol can interfere with certain biomarker readings, affecting your results.
4. Pause Supplements
- What to do: Stop taking any supplements 48 hours before your test.
